Marina Fiesta has been recognized by RCI for its commitment to customer service for the 15th year. Top Cabo San Lucas Resort, Marina Fiesta was one of just ten resort and spa developments to receive these honors from the RCI in 2010.

Top Cabo San Lucas Resort, Marina Fiesta has set the standard for excellence in hospitality for a record 15th year. The all-inclusive resort and spa was awarded The Gold Crown for Excellence in Service award by RCI for the 15th year in a row. The award, which recognizes excellence in customer service and overall hospitality, was received by a small group of Top Cabo San Lucas Resort,Marina Fiestas senior executive staff including, Marina Fiestas C.E.O, Alejandro Macas; Javier Flores, Marina Fiestas Operations Manager; Project Director, Gabriel Macias; and Livier Lizrraga, Marina Fiestas Timeshare Director. The resort also received recognition for commitment to travel clubs and travel club members with the RCI Diamond and Top Seller prizes being presented to Marina Fiestas own, Rosy Garcia, Maria Felix and Javier Flores.

Juan Ignacio Rodrguez, VP of Business Development at RCI, noted that MarinaFiesta was very deserving of this years honors and widely praised each of the employees who received recognition by RCI. He was quite pleased with, and satisfied by, the achievements of the company. Aware of the economic problems, and the environmental and natural disasters that have become part of the international landscape over the last two years, Seor Rodriguez felt that the awards offered a vital counterpoint to this period of negativity. He pointed out that the existence of the awards, and the fact that RCI has been able to continue presenting organizations such as Top Cabo San Lucas Resort, Marina Fiesta, with recognition for excellent service, is a clear indication that there are still people striving to do their best in spite of difficulty.

He pointed to the work of maids, managers, administrators, and others in the public sphere that continued to provide high quality service, and emphasized that it was their hard work that made the RCI recognitions possible. He said, Thanks to you this great country will continue to experience growth in the tourism sector, and that means a great responsibility. On behalf of the entire RCI team, it is an honor to present this plate to Marina Fiesta, which represents the effort and dedication of everyone who contributed to Marina Fiestas awards today.
