The contract is for The Address Hotels and Resorts to manage the Jnan Amar Retreat; a luxury 5 star mixed-use retreat hotel in Marrakech, including the dining facilities, meeting venues, leisure facilities and business lounge, as well as several luxury villas. This is a sure sign that the Moroccan holiday rental market is strong in spite of the global situation, according to one industry expert.
