It comes as no surprise that the Walt Disney World Resorts are the world's largest and most visited recreational resort. Disney World and Disneyland are the staples of the Disney World resorts and Disneyland will be the focus of this article.

Located in Anaheim, California Disneyland is the quintessential symbol of entertainment for the western states. Disneyland is sub-divided into eight theme lands that the whole family will come to love.

Main Street- The wide streets are flanked by a plethora of shops including candy stores, jewelry and watch shop, and hat creating shop. Main Street will lead you to the Central Plaza which is the hub that most of the themed lands plug into. The caveat to Main Street is not hard to miss, Sleeping Beauty Castle, which is easily visible from the moment you enter the park. Cheap electric scooters are available for rent at Disneyland for the convenience of its customers.

Adventureland - If you rent the kids electric scooters, ride over to Adventureland for the infamous Jungle Cruise, Indiana Jones Adventure, and Tarzan's Tree house. In the Tiki Room you will find audio-animatronics, enjoyable for the whole family.

New Orleans Square - The square is renowned for two major attractions in the park: Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion. Both rides are suitable for kids and will promise an adventure that the entire family will want to repeat.

Frontierland - Frontierland's signature ride is the Mark Twain Riverboat ride which is also the same lake that Fantasmic attraction is held. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and the animatronics band Pinewood Indians also live in Frontierland.

Critter Country - Main attractions include the infamous Splash Mountain and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Fantasyland - Peter Pan, Wonderland, and the King Arthur Carrousel are the main targets for kids of all ages.

Mickey's Toontown -Gadget's Go Coaster, Roger Rabbits Car Toon Spin and the houses of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy is all included in Toontown.

Tomorrowland - Fun entertaining rides educate kids of technologies of tomorrow. Autopia, Submarine Voyage, Space Mountains, Star Tours, and Disneyland Monorail are the star attractions offering hours of fun.

For transportation, Disneyland offers electric motor scooters for rent for people with disabilities. Other transportation, like fast electric scooters, are not allowed within the grounds. Family vacations make great gifts for kids, look no further than the Disneyland.
